Your rubric can reward a tidy submission and still miss whether anyone changed.

A criterion such as «demonstrates understanding» can’t be observed. Two markers read it two ways, and the learner can’t see what better looks like.

What it does

The builder asks for five kinds of evidence: of transformation, of process, of application, of reflection, and the performance levels that separate excellent from not-yet. Under each answer it counts your words and flags vague or hedging language as you type. Then it scores each criterion out of 10, maps the five as a path and ranks three moves.

Key tools: the early win (a small task where the learner experiences themselves succeeding), rituals of becoming (public identity claims), the evidence collection (proof of growth), and community as mirror (seeing others go through the same shift: ‘that could be me’).
