The course

What is the Cinematic Curriculum Method?: A complete system for designing courses using the structural logic of film — act structure, sequence, scene, pacing and worldbuilding — applied to curriculum. Thirteen modules, thirty-eight lessons and twelve capstones. The lessons teach the method; the capstones make you apply it to a course of your own.
Do I need a film background?: No. The method borrows filmmaking’s structural thinking, not its equipment. Every cinematic idea is explained from first principles as it arrives.
Who is it for?: Educators, course creators, instructional designers and programme leaders who can already write content and cannot work out why the finished thing does not land. It assumes you have something to build.
How long will it take me?: It is self-paced and there is no cohort to keep up with. The capstones are the real work, and how fast you move through them depends on the size of the course you are building.
Is it one payment?: Yes. One payment, no subscription, no renewal. The founder price is a launch price and it rises to the full price afterwards.

How do I get access after I buy?: Your purchase is tied to the email address you check out with, and the course opens in your account. Sign in at any time from the link in the site header.
Do I own what I buy?: Yes — outright. There is no marketplace between us, nothing expires, and nothing needs renewing to keep working.
What currency are prices in?: Pounds sterling. The price you see is the price charged.

Do I need the book to take the course, or the other way round?: No. Each stands alone. The book documents the methodology; the course walks you through applying it to your own material with the capstones. People come in through either door.
What is the Course Checker?: A free tool that scores an existing course against the method in about ten minutes and shows you which parts are not earning their place. No account needed.
What is the difference between the two books?: The Cinematic Curriculum is about structure — how a course is built. Architect of Mind is about the mind it is being built for. They are companion volumes and the pair is sold together.
