Your course has a calendar. It may not have a single ritual.
Milestones pass unnoticed and the course ends with a final upload. The designer puts it plainly: «A ritual that signals nothing is just an activity.»
What it does
The Rituals of Becoming Designer asks for four rituals: how each session opens, how milestones are marked, how learners publicly claim the new identity, and how the course closes. Write what happens, when, and what it signals. It scores each ritual out of 10, maps the four as a path and ranks three moves.
Rituals don’t have to be complex. They have to be consistent. A small ritual done every week builds culture faster than an elaborate one-time event.
