Your learner arrives believing something about themselves that could stop them finishing.
Until it is named, you can’t design against it. The worksheet’s rule: «A vague lie can't be broken; a vague future self can't pull.»
What it does
The Lie & Possible Selves Worksheet asks for five entries: the lie, its cost, the truth that replaces it, the possible self and the first evidence. It scores each out of 10, maps the five as a path, quotes your most developed entry back to you and ranks three moves.
Your job isn’t to tell them the truth. It’s to design an experience that shatters the lie so completely they have no choice but to rebuild.
