Learners change how they work during your course. A month later the old habits are back.
The book says why: «Identity drives behaviour. Behaviour drives outcomes.»
What it does
The Identity Transformation Arc asks how your course handles disruption, exploration, integration and consolidation, and which anchoring tools you use. It scores each part out of 10, maps the five as a path and ranks three moves.
Identity before behaviour before outcomes. Identity drives behaviour. Behaviour drives outcomes. If someone learns to write but still believes ‘I’m not a writer,’ the learning collapses.
