Every learning environment has a cast. Map the seven roles — and check the educator isn't trying to play all of them.

How to use it
- Rate how present and well-cast each role is in your course, with evidence. The mapper flags the classic failure: the educator playing mentor, antagonist, and hero all at once. For each role, describe who or what plays it in your course, then rate how well it's cast (0 = absent, 10 = clear).
