How to use it
- Rate your course against each of the six pillars, with evidence. This diagnostic reads your evidence against the six failure modes it's named for and tells you which one is already happening to your course. For each pillar, describe how your course actually behaves, then rate (0 = the failure mode is present, 10 = the pillar is architected).
