How to use it
- Rate how much friction exists at each stage of the learner journey, with evidence. The audit reads your evidence and names the stage where you're losing people, so the learner stops taking the blame for an architectural gap. For each stage, describe what actually happens, then rate how much friction exists there (0 = smooth, 10 = learners stall or leave).
