The Course Architect Toolkit
The Curriculum Coherence Mapper
A coherent course feels designed; an incoherent one feels assembled.
What it does
A coherent course feels designed; an incoherent one feels assembled. Map whether every module serves one central promise, or just sits near it.
Before and after

How to use it
- Write how each part of your programme connects back to its central promise. The mapper reads your answers for the thread that's supposed to run through everything, and flags where it goes missing. Work outward from the promise to the modules, threads, and spine that should carry it. Be specific: 'it's all related' isn't coherence.
