The Attention Toolkit
The Retention Schedule Planner
Retrieval strengthens memory more than re-reading does.
What it does
Retrieval strengthens memory more than re-reading does. Plan the delayed retrieval points that catch the trace before it decays.
Before and after

How to use it
- Plan five retrieval points across your course. The planner flags any point left unspecified. An unspaced course is one where the cascade engages in each session and dies in the gaps. Specify what happens at each point on the consolidation curve. This is retrieval, not review: asking the brain to reproduce what it knows, rather than re-exposing it to notes.
