Before you write
What helps us answer properly.
The more of this you can tell us, the less back-and-forth it takes: what you are building, who it is for, where it is currently stuck, and what you have already tried. Two paragraphs beats two lines.
Response time. We aim to reply within two business days. For institutional work we will usually ask for a call before talking about scope — understanding the situation first is the whole point.
