01 — Outcomes

What you'll learn

01

Write the logline first

One sentence your whole course is about. Everything downstream either serves it or gets cut.

02

Map the course as a world

Regions, landmarks and thresholds. When learners know where they are, they stop needing to be led.

03

Pace it like an edit

Complexity, rest and intensity placed on purpose. Most courses fail on rhythm long before they fail on content.

04

Structure act, sequence and scene

Act structure for the programme, sequence logic for the module, scene design for the lesson.

05

Build a visual language

A diagram canon with fixed grammar — arcs, maps, spirals, grids. Cognitive architecture, not decoration.

06

Design the return

Re-entry points, sequels and spin-offs, so the work outlives its first cohort.

Questions

Before you ask

What is actually in it?

Thirteen modules, thirty-eight lessons and twelve capstones. The lessons teach the method; the capstones make you apply it to your own course, one piece at a time, until the course is built.

Who is it for?

Educators, course creators, instructional designers and programme leaders who can already write content and cannot work out why the finished thing does not land. It assumes you have something to build.

Do I need a film background?

No. The method borrows filmmaking's structural thinking, not its equipment. Everything cinematic is explained from first principles as it is introduced.

How long does it take?

It is self-paced and there is no cohort to keep up with. The capstones are the work; how fast you move through them depends on the course you are building.

What do I get for the founder price?

The full thirteen-module course and the Cinematic Curriculum Method book. The founder price is a launch price and it goes up to the full price afterwards.

Is it one payment?

Yes. One payment, no subscription, no renewal.
